NORWALK, Connecticut – April 27, 2022 – ReedPop, the world’s leading producer of pop culture events, today announced in a series of social media announcements, the first wave of guests for New York Comic Con 2022, including actor David Tennant, best known for his roles in Doctor Who, good omensand Marvel Jessica Jonescast members of anime and manga favorites my hero academia and Dragon Ball Z, and some of today’s greatest comic book creators. New York Comic Con takes place at the Javits Center in New York City from October 6-9, 2022.

Tennant is the first celebrity guest announced for NYCC 2022, where he will be available for photo ops and autographs on Saturday, October 8 and Sunday, October 9. He will join voice actors Colleen Clinkenbeard (my hero academia), Lucia Christian (Vampire hunter D), Sonny Strait (Dragon Ball Z Battle of the Gods), Ian Sinclair (my hero academia), and comedic guests Peach Momoko (Marvel’s Demon Days), Arthur Adams(x-men, The Walking Dead), Joyce Chin (vampire), and Tochi Onyebuchi (Black Panther Legends), all of which will be available on all four days of the event. In addition to guest appearances, Funko will be included among this year’s top exhibitors.
